Calcite grows in either rhombodial or prismatic crystals. It forms in igneous rocks like limestone and marble. Calcite comes in many colors such as colourless, grey, yellow, red, pink, orange, green, blue-brown, and black. It is also fluorescent which means it glows under a UV or black light. Today I will be writing about orange calcite.
Orange calcite is what i like to call the crystal for a phoenix. This stone is good for rebirthing into a new life while healing from a painful past. It helps process stored away emotions, shyness, and social phobias, or social anxiety. It is a wonderful tool to help combat depression, lethargy, and hopelessness. Over all if you have fibromyalgia or PTSD this stone is one you NEED to have. I bring up fibromyalgia because this stone is also used to ease aches and pains of arthritis and muscular tension. It has positive effects on the spinal cord alignment, and is good to keep with you while visiting a chiropractor or reiki practitioner.
This crystal is a powerful amplifier and is good to use as an energy cleanser. It removes negative energy, activates and speeds up development and growth, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
